How to block spam or phishing emails in Outlook or O365

This KB articles shows how any users can block spam or phishing emails in Outlook. 

1. Open Outlook
2. Look for the spam or phishing email in your mailbox
3. To block the sender of the spam email, right click on the email and select Block > Block Sender
   
4. To report it as phishing, right click on the email and select Report > Report phishing
